Julia, I am so, so sorry about your baby. One of my dearest friends went through the same thing in July at 34 weeks. It's hell. Unfortunately we are finding out there is a large club of mothers such as yourself.
I don't know if you know about Molly Piper's blog, it may be a blessing to you. She too is in the club and has written about it much.
